“SHOTOVER, a manufacturer of high-performance stabilization platforms for the motion picture and broadcast industries, announced that its K1 six-axis gyro-stabilized camera system for aerial cinematography, launched at IBC last year, has already been used on such films as The Hangover Part III and the upcoming films X-Men: Days of Future PastRoboCop and Transformers 4.

The K1 is an integrated platform for capturing aerial footage in 4K Ultra High-Definition and is easily configured for 2D or 3D shooting with several cameras, including the Red Epic, Arri Alexa, Phantom Flex4K, Canon C500, Sony F55 and F65, along with a broad range of lenses.”
